NEW SIA Course Update (April 2021) From April 1st this course will become a 6 day course instead of a 4 day course. In addition, you must have a first aid qualification before you can take the training. This should be an Emergency First Aid at work certificate or higher.

This is now a legal requirement to working in the security industry, because Top-Up Training covers new risks and Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) knowledge.

The SIA Security Officers Top-Up Training Course takes place over 1 day. Your training instructor assesses your skills with a mix of multiple choice exams and practical exercises. The course lasts 4 hours and 10 minutes and is taught within the classroom.
About the SIA Security Guard Top-Up Upskilling Training Course in Kentish Town
You’ll complete your Kentish Town SIA Top-Up Training in just 1 day of focused learning. Your training instructor will guide you through practical assessments and multiple choice exams, which show how well you've learned your refresher security guard training.
